- ---Sunshine Institute of Hotel Management students come to my shop trainee 
    

    August 1, 2011, the weather was clear and sunny. 8:00 Fujian Sunshine Holiday Hotel Fuzhou University sunlight ushered in Hotel Management College students to a total of 15 students work for the probationary period for five weeks. Sunshine College of Hotel Management is the Sunshine City Group, run by the various efforts of a new professional, the students work for the students to the profession to recruit the first batch of students. In the hotel staff welcome sound in the students’ laughter, sunshine hotel professional college students began their student days in the sun. 
    Students arrived, the hotel staff leadership and the Ministry of Personnel warmly welcomed them. First, arrange students to fill in the job table, fat meal card, license plate and other entry work matters. Then, lead students to visit the hotel, the hotel know a preliminary understanding of the hotel. Scheduled for the afternoon the hotel will meet the leaders and students, and the hotel were introduced. 
    The next two days, Chief Assistant General Manager Mr. Jin Wenlong and Mr. Fulin Qing were carried out on the "Hotel Introduction" and "quality of employees," the lecture, the students also participated in the Rooms Division, Food and Beverage, Front Office, Finance Department, security department, sales department, purchasing department and engineering department, "department overview" seminars to help students of different departments to have a rough understanding. 
    August 5 morning, the students also participated in the hotel’s vice president of Mr. Zheng Danhui specially organized lectures. After the meeting, General Manager Mr. Jin Wenlong do summary, prepared by the student before the students were planning to arrange catering, rooms, lobby three departments trainee positions, rotating once every eight days, probationary period and to participate in department SOP finishing work to help hotel in August for the "hotel staff job skills contest." 
    Time flies, time flies, a flash in the sun, the students have more than half of the probationary period. Now they are the work of various departments of the hotel have a certain understanding of student life in the sun there is a degree of adaptation, most of the students through the student can post teaching jobs, for their contribution to the hotel, I hope they are more firm their chosen profession, continue to learn the knowledge, experience serious every day in the sun.
