In order to train excellent job skills, improve quality of service, the job skills contest which holded once a year holded in 2F Dongjun Court on August 28 PM. These competitions have two conspicuous features: first, there are kinds of items. This competition have 18 items, including all front line departments, e.g.: Text Entry, Travel Knowledge，Western and Lunch set in, made a bed, Checkout and so on. Second, there are a great many entries for its contest, its count up to 120.
This time, we didn’t compete for the best. In some items, the player mark is only 60% lay on the contest, and the other lay on the random sample in the department which checked by the department of personnel, and then average count it, the end product is the total mark of the department. So every department demanded the staff throw oneself into it, improved job skills together, come into being a good state of the best bring along the all.
At the end of the stinging contest, there are 18 people bear the bell in 18 items. They are LinWensheng,LinYing,YanYingying,TongXiaomin,LiangLiping,LiYixing,HuangChenggui,MaChangxiu,ChenRongjiao,ZhangAiping,GanJingwen,LiuHen,LinShan,ZhaoRuiqing,ChenGuangzhi,YeChangwei.
In the contest, GuangQinHua, who is the charge of personnel department, WuChanghao, who is the director of president department, and the deputy of the FuJian external economy college and the brotherhood hotel are also present look on and direct.
At the end of the stinging contest, GuangQinHua,who is the charge of personnel department, WuChanghao, who is the director of president department, and the lead of hotel, department manager awarded prizes to the winners, moreover group photo.
After award prize, JinWenlong, who is the hotel lead get a brief summary for the contest. He hope that take this contest as a turning point, be up against the great develope of the west sea, our hotel will have good train of basic service skills,which as a normal work,improve the lever of service incessant, in order to better society benefit and economy benefit.
